Heidi Klum showed off her growing baby bump while strolling through the Grove (LA’s popular outdoor shopping venue) with two of her kids, Leni (5) and Henry (3), who looked adorable in their karate gear. The “Project Runway” hostess will give birth to her fourth and final child — a girl — with husband Seal in October. But why stop at four? “We’re outnumbered,” Heidi told USA Today. “Three is a lot. But four? We’re hands-on, and we feel like this is what we can handle.”

The supermodel mom also has another delivery on the way: a racy new coffee table book called “Rankin’s Heidilicious,” due in October. “It’s very naughty,” Klum reveals in the September issue of Los Angeles Confidential magazine. “I’ve been shooting with this photographer, Rankin, for seven years and working with him is fun because he always makes me look different. He always gets me to take my clothes off for some reason. We’ll do some job, and then he’ll say, ‘Why don’t we shoot some more things,’ and I’ll wind up without anything on.”
But don’t expect to see the new Heidi Klum-inspired Barbie doll in the buff. “I want it to be my daughter’s favorite, so I’m wearing the glitziest pink mini dress in the world,” she shares. “And it always bothered me that Barbie was naked, so mine has on this cute pink bra and panties.”
I wonder if they’re from Victoria’s Secret?
