Yolanthe Sneijder Cabau (née, Cabau van Kasbergen) born on 19 March 1985 in Ibiza, (Spain) is a Spanish-Dutch soap actress, presenter, and model.
She works for national television station BNN, which focuses on teenage and young adult audiences. Sneijder featured as a guest in an episode of the improvisation show De Lama's.
Sneijder married Ramona Streekstra on 18 June 2005. They have one son, Jessey, born 4 September 2006, to whom he dedicated a tattoo on his left arm. The couple divorced on 21 January 2009
Since the summer of 2009, she has been in a relationship with Dutch footballer Wesley Sneijder. The couple married on 17th July 2010 in Tuscany, Italy. Following their marriage, they both changed their last name to Sneijder Cabau.
