Chung Thuc Quyen chose traditional dress of “Tu Than” instead of “Ao dai” and this helped her won the first award in Miss Supranational 2009 Contest – Best National Dress. On 28, August, the award was announced to Chung Thuc Quyen. Miss Albani also awared the “Miss Talent” prize.
