Taking the lead in the list of 25 most promising candidates in Miss Universe 2010, Ximena (Jimena) Navarrete Rosete, Miss Mexico Universe 2010, is becoming the focus of attention in the beauty forum.
Ximena Navarrete Rosete is expected to take the Miss Universe crown for Mexico (after the victory of Lupita Jones 1991). In recent years, Mexico has been a success in the international beauty pageants. For Miss Universe Pageant alone, Mexico candidates entered semi-finals for 5 consecutive years, from 2004 to 2008.

Navarrete will represent Mexico in the upcoming Miss Universe 2010 pageant.
Ximena Navarrete Rosette was born February 22, 1988 in Guadalajara, Jalisco
She was crowned Nuestra Belleza Jalisco in Guadalajara, Jalisco on July 16, 2009 and Nuestra Belleza México on September 20, 2009 Mérida, Yucatán.
Navarrete studied nutrition prior to her participation in beauty pageants.
After winning her state pageant, she competed against thirty-three other contestants in Nuestra Belleza México 2009, where she obtained first place.
She is the second consecutive winner from Jalisco after Karla Carrillo, the outgoing titleholder.
