On February 27, 2010, at the Grand Final held at Conrad Resort and Casino in Punta del Este, Stephany Ortega, a twenty year-old model from Montevideo was crowned as the 2010 Miss Universo Uruguay and Eliana Olivera was crowned Miss Uruguay Mundo. Stephany Ortega will represent Uruguay at Miss Universe 2010 and Eliana Olivera will represent Uruguay at Miss World Pageants in November 2010.
