Courtney Turner is the new Miss South Carolina USA 2011. She was crowned on November 20th at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center, 5001 Coliseum Drive, North Charleston, South Carolina. She will represent South Carolina in Miss USA 2011 Pageant to be held in Las Vegas in May 2011.
