The Grand Final of Binibining Pilipinas 2010 (Miss Philippines 2010) was held Saturday at the Araneta Coliseum in Cubao Quezon City. And Czarina Catherine Gatbonton, an HRM grad, was crowned Binibining Pilipinas 2010.

Gatbonton impressed the judges with her answer for the question, “Given another life, what would you like to be and why?’’ She answered in Tagalog and said, “Gusto ko pong sagutin ang katanungan sa ating Wikang Pambansa. Kung ako po ay bibigyan ng pangalawang buhay, gusto ko maging puno na nagbibibgay hininga at buhay. Salamat po. (I would like to answer the question in our native dialect. Given another chance to live, I would like to become a tree which gives breath and life to us).”
Czarina Mae Gatbonton along with Ma. Venus Raj, 21, of Bato, Camarines Sur, Binibining Pilipinas-Universe 2010, and Krista Mae Kleiner, 20, Binibining Pilipinas International 2010, will represent the country in the Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss International beauty pageants, respectively, this year.

Maria Venus Raj, a 21-year-old Bicolana beauty who stands 5′9 was chosen as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe while the crowned Bb. Pilipinas World was Candidate No. 21, Czarina Catherine Gatbonton – an HRM grad and 5′10 and a half inches tall.

Krista Mae Kleiner – the early crowd favorite was crowned as Binibining Pilipinas International. Krista is a 20-year-old former Miss USA-Philippines winner and a taekwondo blackbelter who stands 5′10 1/2 inches tall.

This years BB. Pilipinas 1st Runner Up honor went to Diane Necio while the 2nd Runner Up went to Miss Photogenic Helen Nicolette Henson.
