Adriana Reveron was crowned Miss Spain Universe 2010 at the Casting today. Adriana will represent Spain in Miss Universe 2010 in Las Vegas Nevada next 23 August. Adriana Reveron was the first runner up in Miss Spain 2007 and she represented Spain in Miss Earth 2008.
